Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or are in transit.

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the product appears used, damaged, or tampered with.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the product is defective or wrong item sent).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
